Description

A local entity in Cambrils needs to fill 4 social worker positions, corresponding to professional group A2\. These positions will be carried out in the municipality of Cambrils, on-site, with a weekly working schedule of 37.5 hours and morning shifts from 8:00 to 15:00. The contract will be temporary, with a maximum validity of 36 months. The indicated gross annual remuneration is approximately €32,626. Regarding requirements, it is mandatory to hold a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Social Work (or an equivalent qualification granting access to subgroup A2\) and to certify Catalan language proficiency at level C1. The main responsibilities of this position relate to social support for individuals and families. \- Identify and prevent situations of social risk or exclusion through individualized and family-based interventions. \- Receive and analyze requests for direct assistance from service users or their families. \- Inform, advise, and guide users regarding existing social benefits and resources to address specific individual and family issues. \- Implement and evaluate individual or family support interventions in areas such as: social and occupational integration, medical and psychological treatments, education and schooling, family and personal relationships, etc., in accordance with the work plan. \- Process and monitor individual and/or family benefits to which the service user is entitled. \- Identify and prevent social risk or exclusion situations among groups requiring social intervention, specifying them in outreach, awareness-raising, and community activation projects. \- Receive and analyze requests originating from organizations and neighborhood groups. \- Promote, develop, and monitor community intervention projects. \- Coordinate with other services, including for establishing criteria and priorities, among others. * Temporary employment contract (36 months) * Full-time position
