The selected candidate will carry out socioeducational interventions and assessments aimed at promoting users’ autonomy, facilitating their social inclusion and integration process.** What will your responsibilities be? * You will design and implement socioeducational work plans, focusing on social adaptation, health care, modification of risk behaviours, support in daily life activities, and coexistence. * You will plan, develop, and evaluate group and individual activities and initiatives. * You will accompany, guide, and advise participants and their families, both in person and by telephone, individually and/or in groups. * You will monitor and evaluate the socialisation process of asylum seekers and beneficiaries of international protection. What do we offer? * Immediate incorporation. * Contract duration dependent on the substitution required. * Full-time working schedule of 37\.5 hours/week. * Workplace: Province of Castellón. * Gross annual remuneration of €24\.900. **Profile:** The requirements for this position are: * University degree in Social Education. * Valid professional registration. * Six months’ experience in roles similar to this position. * Six months’ experience working with vulnerable groups. * Competencies: Adaptability to change and flexibility, people orientation, emotional management and self-control, teamwork, and planning and organisation. * Orientation towards vulnerability We will value: * Driving licence category B. * Master’s degree or regulated courses in community social intervention. * Specific knowledge in managing social activities. * Training or accreditation in Valencian language will be positively considered. * Knowledge of foreign languages — English, French, and/or Arabic — will be positively considered. * Being active Red Cross staff or volunteer, or belonging to any of the vulnerable population groups covered under the Red Cross Employment Plan — e.g., holding a Disability Certificate or being a woman victim of gender-based violence — will be positively considered. * Applications from CRE personnel will be positively considered.
