At the heart of this transformation is the Data \& Analytics Enablement team, a global community comprising over 1,000 Data Scientists and 2,500 Data Specialists, organized into multiple Centers of Expertise (CoEs) distributed across all geographies and business areas. **About the job:** Data \& Analytics Enablement is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager focused on processes and automation to lead strategic projects with direct impact on the definition and operationalization of advanced analytics. This role will be key in simplifying and accelerating end\-to\-end processes, from data ingestion to deployment of analytical assets, enabling new ways of working and scaling transformation initiatives globally. The selected candidate will work closely with Data, Data Engineering, Architecture, and Product Owners teams, ensuring stakeholder coordination across all domains and geographies, and integrating emerging technologies that maximize the value generated by data. **Main responsibilities:** * Identify improvement opportunities in critical processes directly impacting advanced analytics, from data provisioning to model operationalization. * Lead the definition, planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation and automation projects with global reach, ensuring their scalability and reusability across different geographies. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and promote the adoption of new working methods that ensure efficiency and cross\-functional collaboration. * Design and implement process discovery methodologies (AS IS / TO BE), reengineering, and automation, integrating innovative practices that accelerate value delivery. * Participate in the development of business cases, budgets, and project KPIs, ensuring each initiative has clear metrics and an end\-to\-end governance framework. * Drive alignment with Data, Data Engineering, and Architecture teams to define process models, incorporating them into the group's global taxonomy. * Continuously evaluate existing and emerging technologies (cloud, intelligent automation, AI/ML, low\-code/no\-code, etc.), proposing their integration into process transformation to accelerate, simplify, and scale data and analytics capabilities. * Gather, map, and redesign critical processes (AS IS / TO BE) affecting the analytical lifecycle, from data identification and governance to model operationalization. **Essential requirements:** * More than 5 years of experience managing strategic projects, preferably in advanced analytics, digital transformation, or large\-scale data programs. * Technical background, ideally in data science, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or similar. * Knowledge of emerging technologies applied to automation and advanced analytics. * In\-depth understanding of the lifecycle of analytical projects and data and analytics platforms. * Experience in process discovery, modeling, and redesign, including automation and reengineering. * Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and global projects. * Experience developing budgets, business cases, and defining roadmaps. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and create alignment at different organizational levels. * Advanced level of English (C1\) and Spanish. * Leadership and strategic orientation. **Desired skills** ------------------------ * Experience with agile methodologies, change management, and process management frameworks. * Innovative mindset, capable of proposing practical and scalable solutions. * Experience in projects using AWS or other cloud providers. * Collaborative spirit and "one team" mentality. * Experience evaluating and adopting emerging technologies (generative AI, low\-code, cloud automation, observability platforms). * Ability to work in a global and multicultural environment. **Skills:** Analytical Thinking, Leadership, Strategic Solutions
