WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Magic Hotel Group needs to hire a SENIOR HR LABOR TECHNICIAN focused on labor-related functions within the HR department. Position Objective: To manage and provide technical support in labor matters, occupational risk prevention, temporary disability (IT) management, and personnel administration, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations and the proper functioning of internal HR processes. Requirements \- Minimum 3 years of experience in the labor area within an HR department, in the same position. \- Immediate availability to join. \- Preference for candidates residing in the province.
