Job Summary: Lead the design and development of Embedded Software for controlling power electronics components, serving as the technical reference and coordinating with other domains. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the design and development of Embedded Software and Control 2. Define system architecture for functional safety 3. Develop control algorithms for electric/hybrid vehicles Your mission will be to lead the design and development of Embedded Software for controlling power electronics components—such as converters or inverters—in coordination with various technical domains. Your responsibilities will include: * Serve as the technical reference for Embedded Software and Control. * Design, implement, validate, and maintain control systems related to safety, along with associated design deliverables and documentation. * Define system architecture to ensure appropriate functionality and functional safety. * Evaluate existing control strategies and propose and develop improvements—from PID-based cascade control, feedforward control, gain-scheduling, to model predictive control, internal model control, etc. * Develop control algorithms for electric and hybrid vehicles and their components. * Document progress in system development and project advancement. * Perform "model-in-the-loop" and "hardware-in-the-loop" testing. * Conduct testing on real vehicles. * Analyze and interpret test data.
