You will find a stable, close-knit, and autonomous environment that values professional experience and judgment, with ongoing support throughout your project evolution. ### **What makes this opportunity a great fit for you** **Remote work** You will work remotely, without regular commuting. **Working hours: 8:00–17:00** A schedule aligned with the project’s standard operational hours. **Specialized tech stack** You will work with **BMC Helix ITSM, AR System, Smart IT, Digital Workplace Catalog, REST/SOAP, SQL, and Helix Dashboard**. **Impactful specialization** You will play a key role in development, configuration, workflows, and integrations on BMC Helix. **Gross annual salary of €39.400** Annual gross salary band of up to **€39.400**. ### **How it is to work with SCI ServiClients** **Proximity and support** Direct communication, continuous follow-up, and backing whenever needed. **Autonomy** Space to contribute experience, professional judgment, and initiative. **Stability and growth** Professional continuity and access to diverse projects and technological environments. ### **Role mission** You will participate in the **development, evolution, and integration of BMC Helix ITSM SaaS**, with a particular focus on **ARS, Smart IT, Digital Workplace Catalog, and REST API integrations**. ### **Your day-to-day in this project** ️ Develop and configure solutions on **BMC Helix ITSM / AR System**. ️ Create workflows using **Active Links, Filters, and Escalations**. ️ Work with **Smart IT and progressive views**. ️ Build services in the **Digital Workplace Catalog**. ️ Configure bidirectional integrations via **REST/SOAP**. ️ Work with **SQL and Helix Dashboard**. ### **What will help you succeed in this position** **Key requirements:** * University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related Sciences, with equivalencies accepted as specified for Technical Engineering, Diplomas, or Higher Vocational Training (CFGS). * More than **5 years of experience with BMC Helix ITSM**, including at least 3 years in a SaaS environment. * **ITIL certification** and functional knowledge of ITIL processes. * Solid experience with the **ARS engine and workflows**. * Experience with **Smart IT, progressive views, and Digital Workplace Catalog**. * Experience with **REST API integrations** with external systems.
