Automotive Parts Specialist

We are looking for an **Automotive Parts Specialist** with a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a mechanical workshop or auto parts distribution. The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end parts management, ensuring agile and accurate supply to support the workshop’s smooth operation. **Main Responsibilities** Supplying and managing spare parts for workshop mechanics. Identifying components using electronic catalogs (OEM and multi-brand). Placing orders with suppliers and tracking deliveries. Receiving, inspecting, and storing materials in the warehouse. Monitoring stock levels and inventory to prevent shortages and overstocking. Handling returns, warranties, and supplier-related issues. Preparing parts quotations and supporting the reception department. Maintaining an orderly and properly labeled warehouse. Coordinating with the workshop manager to prioritize part availability according to workload. **Requirements** * Proven experience of **3 to 5 years** as an automotive parts specialist in an automotive workshop. * Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and bodywork parts. * Proficiency in workshop management software and parts catalogs. * Strong organizational skills, efficiency, and attention to detail. * Prior experience with multi-brand and official brand suppliers is a plus. **We Offer** * Stable employment contract. * Full-time working hours. * A positive work environment in an established workshop. * Salary commensurate with experience and candidate’s qualifications. * Immediate start. **Interested?** Send us your CV and join our team.
