We are seeking a professional for the quality department within the food industry, with the objective of supervising production processes and the final product. The main responsibility is to ensure adherence to all established protocols, maintaining high hygiene standards and complying with current regulations. This person will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through rigorous and continuous monitoring.
Daily tasks include managing the HACCP system, performing controls, collecting samples, and carrying out necessary analyses. The role also involves handling incidents by identifying their root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence, thereby driving continuous improvement across all areas. In addition, the candidate will participate in internal and external audits and conduct sensory tests to evaluate product quality.

A contract with the company is offered, with immediate start date and salary according to the sectoral collective agreement, adjustable based on the candidate's experience. Required qualifications include a Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification in Quality Control or a related university degree such as Chemistry, Biology, Veterinary Science, or Food Engineering. Minimum two years of experience in similar roles within the food industry is desirable, along with knowledge of quality management systems, HACCP standards, food legislation, interpretation of analytical reports, and execution of sensory tests.
