Currently, in collaboration with COMMONSENSE, we are looking to incorporate **a Construction Project Manager** for our central office. This role will be responsible for managing and coordinating construction projects from the technical office, overseeing their full execution and ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards defined by the company are met. **Your mission within the team will be:** * Technical and economic planning and monitoring of construction projects. * Coordination with site managers, engineers, and suppliers. * Supervision of certifications, measurements, contracts, and technical documentation. * Resolution of incidents and operational decision-making during the construction process. * Constant communication with different departments within the company (architecture, procurement, commercial, etc.). * Ensuring compliance with technical regulations and safety standards. **What do we offer?** * Workplace located in Girona * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 * A stable professional project within a solid organization. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. **What are we looking for?** * Experience in construction project management. * Analytical, problem-solving, organized profile with the ability to work in a team. * Proficiency in office software and project management tools. * Previous experience in residential construction sites and/or real estate developments will be valued.
