This will be a key position to guarantee seamless coordination among suppliers, production, warehouse, installation teams, and end clients—maintaining both operational and technical control over projects from inception through final assembly. #### **What Will Be Your Mission?** Your mission will be to ensure the proper progress of technical furniture projects, maintaining daily oversight of planning, materials, manufacturing, suppliers, and installation. You will manage multiple projects at various stages simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines, technical feasibility, and continuous coordination across all involved departments. We seek a consistent, organized individual capable of continuously monitoring multiple tasks and projects—anticipating issues and maintaining operational control in high-volume activity environments. #### **What Will You Do Daily?** * Simultaneous tracking of multiple projects across different manufacturing and installation phases. * Planning, updating, and daily monitoring of project status to ensure smooth progression until final assembly completion. * Continuous communication and coordination with clients, suppliers, warehouse, and installation teams to meet deadlines and resolve incidents. * Preparation and review of technical drawings for manufacturing technical furniture. * Development and updating of 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD. * Technical breakdown of materials, parts, and components required for production and procurement. * End-to-end management of supplier orders: request submission, technical validation, progress tracking, and deadline control. * Estimation and monitoring of execution timelines. * Technical support to the installation team to ensure on-site technical feasibility. * Conducting measurements and technical site visits. * Participation in continuous process improvement, incident tracking, and operational optimization. #### **What Are We Looking For?** ##### **Education and Experience** * Technical education related to Industrial Design, Architecture, Engineering, Drafting, or similar fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical project management, technical office roles, technical procurement, and/or installation coordination. * Knowledge of laboratory, hospital, or custom furniture installations is considered a plus. ##### **Tools and Technical Knowledge** * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD**. * Knowledge of **2D and 3D modeling**. * Strong working knowledge of **Excel**. * Familiarity with **REVIT** is desirable. * **Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle**, required for travel to installation sites in Silla. #### **What Will You Find If You Join Our Team?** * Stable incorporation into an established and growing company. * A close-knit, collaborative, and human-centered work environment. * Direct communication and ongoing support from the team. * Participation in dynamic and diverse technical projects. * Intensive summer schedule for two months.
