Customer Search and Acquisition:** You’ll actively search for and acquire customers both inside and outside the store. **2\. Client Portfolio Management and Follow-up:** You’ll manage and follow up your own client portfolio, delivering omnichannel service including phone, in-person, and online communication. **3\. Sales Process Coordination:** You’ll be responsible for managing and coordinating the entire sales process — from preparing quotations to final delivery to the customer. **4\. Promotion of Specific Services:** You’ll encourage and promote specific services such as transportation, financing, and installation, among others. **5\. Market and Competitive Awareness:** You’ll maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local professional market and competition, identifying product needs and sector trends. **What will make you succeed at Brico Depôt?** **1\. Passion for sales.** If selling excites you and makes people happy, you’re on the right track. **2\. Experience selling — preferably in DIY or renovation.** If you’ve worked in retail or understand how to improve a home, we highly value that here. **3\. Proficiency with computers.** If you’re comfortable using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, everything will be easier. **5\. Specialized education.** If you hold a degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, that’s a plus. Additionally, commercial experience in the construction and home renovation sector will be a valuable complement to your profile.
