Production Technician (Operations)

We are looking for a Production Technician to join our Operations team. The selected candidate will serve as the liaison between production, logistics, and finance, ensuring that everything flows smoothly, rigorously, and with a business-oriented vision. **What will you do?** --------------- * Monitor and track ongoing productions: deadlines and deviations. * Prepare and control seasonal bill-of-materials (BOMs). * Manage documentation across the full cycle: delivery notes, invoices, warehouse receipts, and material lists. * Conduct monthly stock control and analyze costs versus BOMs. * Update and monitor the supplier payment calendar. * Coordinate imports, exports, and customs procedures. * Report data to environmental impact platforms and coordinate sustainability audits. **What are we looking for?** ------------------ * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fashion or textile sector. * Proficiency in bill-of-materials (BOMs): preparation, analysis, and deviation control — mandatory. * Knowledge of fabric and trims technical specifications. * Advanced Excel skills. * Ability to manage and organize multiple tasks simultaneously. * Sufficient English proficiency for written communication with international suppliers. * Experience with ERP systems, international trade, and/or textile sustainability will be valued. **What do we offer?** ------------------- * Join a purpose-driven brand with a close-knit and committed team. * Permanent contract and competitive salary based on experience. * Full-time position. * On-site position in Madrid.
