You will collaborate closely with other technical departments, coordinating and managing development projects. Your responsibilities will include: * Developing and designing new products, performing calculations, conducting research, and sourcing components. * Collaborating with other technical departments on the development of innovative products. * Performing simulations and tests on products during the prototype phase. * Supporting continuous improvement of processes and optimization of existing products. * Coordinating and maintaining smooth communication with the technical office team to meet quality requirements and deadlines. **What will make you succeed in this position?** We seek a candidate with a degree in Industrial Engineering (preferably mechanical), Fluid Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a related field. Additionally, a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within product development is essential. Knowledge of Fluid Mechanics and Heat Transfer is required, as well as fluent English—both written and spoken—as you will communicate with international teams and work with technical documentation in English. Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD or similar is also desirable, along with experience in product development within the industrial sector. The ability to work autonomously, with a results- and quality-oriented mindset, will be key to success in this role.
