Description
We are seeking a candidate to manage the full procurement and supply cycle for assigned materials. Key responsibilities include stock control using the SAP system, ensuring accurate and properly accounted inventories. You will also monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and issue replenishment orders as needed.
Direct communication and negotiation with suppliers are required to secure favorable supply terms, quality, and delivery timelines, as well as to resolve any issues arising from purchase orders. Administrative duties are critical: issuing and registering purchase orders in SAP and reviewing documentation for each acquisition—ensuring an organized and efficient workflow.
This position operates within a dynamic and collaborative environment, ideal for professional integration and growth. Adaptability to an industrial setting and coordinated work across multiple sites will be valued. Accuracy in data handling and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure are essential.
A vocational qualification in Commerce, International Trade, or Logistics is required. A minimum of two to three years’ experience in procurement departments is mandatory, with hands-on use of the SAP MM purchasing module. Experience must cover procurement administration, supplier and order management, and stock control. Prior experience in a multi-site environment—handling purchases for all of Spain—and familiarity with the industrial sector are advantageous. Residency near the workplace location is an important factor. Additionally, a B2-level English proficiency is considered a plus.
