Achieving **€1 billion** in revenue is a challenge we are confident we will overcome through the **collaboration** and **talent** of our people—another success story we will write together. **What are we looking for?** A **Process Consultant \& Project Manager** with end-to-end vision and proven experience in the **banking sector**, capable of transforming the AS\-IS into a value-oriented TO\-BE, supported by governance, metrics, and a viable implementation roadmap. Combines PMO rigor (planning, monitoring, scope, cost and risk control) with the business proximity required to lead end-to-end execution. **Responsibilities** * Elicitation and documentation of AS\-IS, and design of TO\-BE. * BPMN 2\.0 process modeling, KPI definition, and dashboard design. * Identification, prioritization, and *business case* development for digital initiatives. * **End-to-end project leadership and management**: planning, milestones, dependencies, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting to steering committees. * **PMO functions**: portfolio governance, methodology standardization, progress tracking, and team capacity management. * Coordination with business and IT during service delivery. * **Stakeholder and escalation management**, including engagement with Risk, Compliance, and Audit departments. * Support for digital transformation and change management. * Facilitation of workshops and team mobilization. * Support for implementations on BPM/low\-code platforms. **Requirements** * Experience in process consulting and digital transformation **in banking**. * **Proven experience in project leadership/management** (scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks), preferably in regulated environments. * Proficiency in BPMN 2\.0\. * Change management and risk management. * Excellent Spanish communication skills and ability to engage with business and executive stakeholders. * **Desirable** * Certifications in **project management (PMP, PRINCE2\)** and **PMO**. * Certifications in BPM, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci/ADKAR, Scrum/Kanban. * Prior experience at a banking institution or a consultancy specialized in *financial services*. * English B2\+. **What do we offer?** **Babel, the great way to achieve the success.** Do you want to join an expanding, committed, and innovative team that makes history every day?
