Your performance will enable you to grow within the company, promoting you to Area or Regional Coordinator within a short period of time. What will your day-to-day responsibilities be? · Acquisition and management of your client portfolio · Physical condition assessment and evaluation of individuals to be trained · Design of training routines and establishment of realistic goals · Rigorous monitoring of individuals you train and nutritional advice · Motivation of clients to achieve their goals What are the requirements for this position? · Higher education degree in Sports or CAFYD (Physical Activity and Sports Science) · Social skills and leadership abilities · Customer orientation and goal achievement focus · Flexible working hours · No prior experience required What do we offer? · Indefinite contract and full-time schedule (I could specify 20 hours plus complementary hours to avoid confusion—I leave this choice to you) · Salary according to collective agreement plus incentives based on goal achievement · Internal promotion opportunities (Club Coordinator, Zone Coordinator, Regional Coordinator) · Initial training fully covered by the company · Business management and marketing tools training Salary: €751 – €1,800 Gross/month Social benefits Percentage-based bonuses tied to objectives Flexible working hours Other benefits: Gym access Position type: Full-time, Part-time Salary: €751.00 – €1,800.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Uniform provided Work location: On-site employment
