Your performance will enable rapid internal growth, allowing promotion to Area or Regional Coordinator within a short timeframe. **Responsibilities** **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Client acquisition and management of your personal client portfolio * Physical condition assessment and evaluation of individuals to be trained * Design of training routines and establishment of realistic goals * Rigorous monitoring of individuals you train and nutritional counseling * Motivating clients to achieve their goals **Requirements** * Experience in personal training and fitness instruction * Knowledge of nutrition and ability to provide dietary advice * Ability to design and lead circuit training and sports coaching * Additional competencies—such as client motivation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a positive attitude—will be highly valued Employment Type: Permanent contract Salary: €768.00–€2,500.00 per month Benefits: * Support for professional development * Company events * Flexible working hours * Training for professional certifications * On-site gym * Training program * Provided uniform Education: * Higher Vocational Training (Desirable) License/Certification: * Fitness Instructor Certification (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
