You will work alongside the **Senior System Architect**, contributing to the construction of enterprise solutions by developing and configuring processes, rules, interfaces, and functional components—ensuring platform quality and evolution. **What will be your mission?** ------------------------- Develop and configure solutions on the Pega platform following best development practices, ensuring quality, maintainability, and correct implementation of all application components. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Configure and develop various application assets on **Pega**. * Implement processes, forms, business rules, user interfaces, and functional components. * Execute assigned development tasks within **Agile** teams. * Apply defined technical, methodological, and quality standards for the platform. * Produce technical documentation for developed solutions. * Participate in testing execution, incident resolution, and delivery preparation. * Collaborate closely with the **Senior System Architect** and the rest of the technical team to ensure successful implementation. **Requirements** -------------- * Qualification as a **Higher Vocational Training Technician** in Computer Science or equivalent (MECES Level 1\). * Minimum **3 years of experience** in projects executed using **Agile** methodologies. * At least **2 years of experience** developing solutions on **Low-Code** platforms. * Minimum **2 years of experience** developing and implementing solutions with **Pega**. **Mandatory Certifications** ----------------------------------- * **Scrum**. * **Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA)**. **We seek a candidate who brings** ----------------------------------- * Ability to work collaboratively in Agile environments. * Quality orientation and attention to detail. * Proactivity and capacity for continuous learning. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Commitment to sound development practices and continuous improvement. **What do we offer?** **Babel, the great way to achieve the success.** Do you want to join an expanding, committed, and innovative team that makes history every day?
