We are seeking a **Pedagogical Coordinator** to support and monitor school dining services and educational activities delivered at centers belonging to one of our key clients in Catalonia. This is a highly collaborative role involving coordination, liaison, and ongoing support for operational teams, combining on-site visits to educational centers with monitoring, analysis, and implementation of pedagogical projects. **What will be your mission?** ------------------------- Ensure the correct implementation and monitoring of pedagogical and educational projects across assigned centers, promoting service quality, coordination among various stakeholders, and continuous improvement of users’ educational experience. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Monitor and coordinate assigned educational centers. * Supervise the proper implementation of pedagogical projects linked to school dining and educational time services. * Maintain regular and effective communication with center coordinators, educational teams, school management, and families. * Identify needs, incidents, and opportunities for improvement, proposing action plans and tracking their implementation. * Prepare monitoring reports, evaluations, and improvement proposals. * Update and develop pedagogical documentation and supporting materials. * Participate in face-to-face and online meetings with all stakeholders involved in service management. * Ensure correct implementation of company standards and procedures. * Collaborate closely with the Pedagogy Department and operational managers at centers. **What we are looking for** ---------------- * University degree in Pedagogy, Education, Psychopedagogy, Educational Sciences, or related fields. * Prior experience in pedagogical coordination, educational management, or supervision of educational projects. * Experience in school dining services, extracurricular activities, educational leisure programs, summer camps, or other services connected to the school environment is desirable. * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and diverse work environments. * Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills. * Autonomous, solution-oriented profile focused on continuous improvement. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Availability for regular travel throughout Catalonia. **What we offer** ----------------- * Join a leading collective catering company. * A stable position offering professional growth and development opportunities. * Active participation in educational projects with real impact on schools. * A dynamic, collaborative, and innovation-focused working environment. * Training and mentoring during onboarding. **Base location:** Barcelona **Scope of activity:** Catalonia (primarily Barcelona and Girona, with occasional travel to other centers within the region). **If education inspires you, you enjoy working closely with teams, and you seek a project that combines coordination, management, and enhancement of educational services, we want to meet you.** **About Aramark** ----------------- **Our Mission** Service is at our core.
