Operations and Business Development Manager – Last-Mile Logistics Location: Madrid (with travel to Segovia and Ávila) We are a company specializing in last-mile logistics. We are seeking an Operations and Business Development Manager who is eager to assume a key role within the organization—leading the team, improving operational efficiency, and supporting company growth. What will be your mission? You will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, supervising the team, and collaborating with senior management to develop new business opportunities. Responsibilities \* Coordinate and supervise daily operations in Madrid, Segovia, and Ávila. \* Lead the office team and coordinate activities of in-house couriers and external collaborators. \* Ensure compliance with quality, productivity, and service standards. \* Analyze KPIs and propose improvements to optimize operations. \* Resolve incidents and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. \* Implement processes that enhance team efficiency and performance. \* Identify growth opportunities and collaborate on acquiring new clients. \* Participate in commercial meetings and support proposal development. \* Report directly to senior management.
