At Savills Spain, an international real estate consultancy, we aim to hire a Trainee to join our Retail Division based at our Madrid offices. **Responsibilities**: * Support in information management: involvement in preparing reports and analyzing business situations to advise clients from financial, analytical, and legal perspectives (commercial transactions, KPI monitoring, construction budget tracking, discounts, etc.). * Support in internal coordination across departments involved in client service delivery, to ensure information and service quality, as well as consistency of service across all managed assets. * Monitoring revenue generation trends and expense management evolution to analyze improvement proposals. **Requirements**: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, etc. * A formal internship agreement with your university is mandatory (either curricular or extracurricular). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.). * Advanced level of English. * Strong communication, organizational, proactive, and teamwork skills. * Interest in the real estate sector and curiosity about its trends is desirable.
