Job Summary: Nurse for a senior residence in San Blas - Canillejas, focused on comprehensive care and promoting elderly autonomy. Key Highlights: 1. Developing Individualized Care Plans (PAIs) with an interdisciplinary team **POSITION:** Nurse. **DEPARTMENT:** Nursing Department **ORGANIZATION DESCRIPTION:** Monteparís Mayores is a private senior residence with 139 beds and an integrated day center accommodating 24 users, located in the San Blas \- Canillejas area, which opened its doors in June 2022 and is distinguished by excellence in care and promotion of elderly autonomy, grounded in residents’ life histories. The residence comprises 8 cohabitation units classified according to varying degrees of functional and cognitive dependency, and it is an accredited restraint-free facility certified by Libera Crer. In February 2024, we obtained certification under UNE 158101\. **REPORTING/SUPERVISION:** Nursing Coordinator **MISSION/OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:** To provide necessary care to ensure comprehensive support for residents and day center users, through assessment of their needs and design and implementation of interventions aimed at disease prevention and/or health recovery, while striving to reduce and/or delay dependency and promote autonomy. **KEY COMPETENCIES:** Alignment with the organization Leadership and decision-making Teamwork Organization and planning Social and communication skills User orientation Flexibility **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead care delivery, supervising the auxiliary team’s correct implementation of care plans. * Performing professional nursing tasks and techniques: vital sign monitoring, wound dressings, administration of injectables, intravenous line placement, urinary catheterization, etc. * Developing PAIs and sharing them collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** **1\.\- Specific Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing **2\.\- Prior Experience Required:** **3\.\- Additional Recommended Training/Experience:** Palliative care, gerontology, and geriatrics. Person-centered care **WORK CONDITIONS:** **Contract Type**: Temporary contract covering vacation leave **Duration:** From 1 June to 30 November 2026, with possible conversion to an indefinite-term contract upon completion **Working Hours:** 12-hour shifts **Remuneration:** €32,000–€33,000 gross annual salary plus holiday and night-shift supplements. **Social Benefits**: Yes
