




Job Summary: Leads the national implementation of new services, optimizes quality and profitability, and manages customer incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the rollout of new services across the entire Spanish territory. 2. Design strategies for growth and profitability. 3. Ensure exceptional service quality and manage incidents. We are seeking a National Services Coordinator to supervise and ensure achievement of defined client objectives at the national level. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the rollout of new services across the entire Spanish territory and to design strategies that promote both growth and profitability. Ensuring exceptional service quality—fully complying with all established agreements—is essential. You will focus on continuously optimizing quality and profitability in alignment with the overall strategic plan. Additionally, you will manage customer incidents and collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to monitor operational account results. A permanent contract is offered, with an annual salary of €36,000, plus a variable bonus of 15%, and a company vehicle. A Higher Education Degree is required; a Master’s degree in Facility Services is considered a strong asset. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar roles—such as Service Manager or Client Manager—within the cleaning sector. Higher Education Degree.
