We are seeking a maintenance technician with demonstrable experience in the food industry. The selected candidate will join a leading company in the agro-industrial sector located in Lepe (Huelva). It is essential that candidates are organized individuals capable of finding solutions to problems and have prior experience. Main responsibilities will include performing periodic inspections on various production lines, covering equipment such as pumps, conveyor belts, pasteurizers, and packaging machines. The role will also involve repairing mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic breakdowns in industrial machinery, as well as assembling, adjusting, and verifying new equipment or equipment that has been repaired. The technician will ensure that machinery is functioning correctly before production begins. Additionally, electrical components such as control panels, sensors, PLCs, and frequency inverters will be inspected, faults diagnosed, and defective parts replaced. The technician will manage the inventory of basic spare parts, record all interventions through maintenance work orders and breakdown reports, and apply specific industrial cleaning procedures for machinery. Training in electromechanics, mechatronics, or industrial electricity will be valued, as well as knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems, and industrial automation with PLC control. Experience in instrumentation and control, and with food processing machinery, will be an advantage. The ability to resolve technical issues under pressure and work effectively in a team is expected. * Training in electromechanics, mechatronics, industrial electricity, or related fields.
