Currently, we are looking to incorporate a Maintenance Engineer at our workshop in Constantí: **What will you do?** * Coordinate and supervise the proper execution of maintenance activities, allocating material, machinery, and personnel resources, and ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental measures to guarantee timely, high-quality, and cost-effective project execution. within time, quality, and profitability requirements. * Monitor the time scheduling of different maintenance contracts. * Ensure the implementation and compliance of prevention and safety procedures together with the prevention technician, to guarantee the execution of the health and safety plan. * Supervise the work team, including direct company staff and subcontractors, to ensure achievement of objectives. * Collaborate with the Human Resources department regarding potential staffing requests, disciplinary procedures, or any other actions involving this department. action that involves said department. * Monitor supplier material deliveries and properly manage storage areas to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards, avoiding overstocking and promoting the project’s economic balance. * Provide support on projects or tasks requiring their involvement to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
