Work adapts to agricultural seasonality, offering functional variety and continuous learning. **What will your responsibilities be?** Your primary mission will be to coordinate and schedule agricultural machinery operations, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, on time, and to a high standard. Your main responsibilities will include: * Daily assignment and scheduling of machinery operator tasks. * Coordination and monitoring of field services. * Management and resolution of incidents (breakdowns, schedule changes, unforeseen events). * Coordination with the workshop and machinery maintenance. * Supervision of work reports, hour tracking, and delivery notes. * Direct client interaction: monitoring work progress, handling incidents, and resolving complaints. * Support in warehouse tasks and internal organization. **What qualities will ensure your success in this role?** We seek a technically oriented individual with practical experience or knowledge in machinery, maintenance, or logistical operations—capable of coordinating people and daily tasks. A specific academic qualification is not required; however, a solid technical foundation is essential to understand machinery and independently resolve incidents. Strong organizational ability, a proactive problem-solving attitude, and practical orientation are important. As the role involves regular interaction with operators and clients, excellent communication skills and customer orientation are highly valued. Prior experience in agricultural machinery, agrarian services, logistics, or team coordination—as well as technical education at higher vocational or engineering level—is especially advantageous. The workplace is located in a rural area approximately 30 km from Huesca, so having your own vehicle is mandatory.
