We are looking for enthusiastic young individuals eager to learn and contribute to our purpose of improving the lives of present and future generations by completing their internship with us in the following area: **HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER (HRBP)** During your internship as an HR Business Partner intern, you will actively collaborate on various initiatives, supporting the HRBP in managing three internal departments. Additionally, you will also assist in the candidate selection process alongside recruiters and managers, actively communicating with all parties involved and ensuring smooth communication between the HR department and other areas. What will your day-to-day look like? * Talent Development: You will participate in meetings focused on identifying and developing talent within the organization. * Manager Support: You will support the HRBP in providing guidance to business area managers on HR-related topics such as promotions, performance management, structural/hierarchical adjustments, etc. * Recruitment and Onboarding Management: You will support managers and the recruitment team with specific needs related to candidate selection and accompany the formal onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have a positive welcome experience. HR Data Analysis: You will assist in collecting and analyzing HR data. * **What kind of profile are we looking for?** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, or a Master’s in Human Resources. * Must be able to establish an internship agreement with your university or educational institution. Availability to start the internship from September/October/November 2025, with a duration of 9 to 12 months. * * You communicate clearly and empathetically in both Spanish and English. * You have the ability to collect and analyze HR data, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.
