At Hyatt Regency Hesperia Madrid, we are looking for a Kitchen Commis Trainee to join our brigade, helping create unique dining experiences. Main responsibilities: Assist in basic food preparation, following instructions from the kitchen team. Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations. Perform support tasks in receiving and storing goods, ensuring product quality control. Help manage kitchen utensils and equipment, guaranteeing their proper use and maintenance. Participate in special culinary projects and learn about advanced cooking techniques.
