Your main responsibilities: * **Operate and directly control** the assigned industrial machinery on the production line. * **Continuously monitor** the plastic film manufacturing process to ensure compliance with the company’s quality standards. * **Perform basic mechanical adjustments and parameter settings** on the machine according to each order’s specifications. * **Resolve daily operational issues**, ensuring uninterrupted production flow. Essential requirements: * **Availability for rotating shifts:** It is absolutely mandatory to be available to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). * **Attitude and commitment:** We seek solution-oriented individuals with high motivation and genuine enthusiasm for learning this trade. * **Technical experience (Desirable):** Prior experience as an industrial machinery operator will be highly valued. * **Education (Desirable):** Academic background or training related to production, industry, or maintenance will be considered a significant advantage.
