Description
The position focuses on managing and analyzing data within the Human Resources department. Key responsibilities include handling personnel databases, generating reports, and producing key performance indicators related to talent management. Administrative support for personnel management and document management is also provided, ensuring information remains accurate and up-to-date.
The role involves active participation in digital transformation projects, helping to enhance and integrate tools and processes within the HR area. Close collaboration occurs with various departments, employees, and managers, facilitating communication across different areas. Occasionally, travel to other work sites will be required to coordinate activities or support specific processes.
The annual gross salary ranges between 31\.000 and 36\.000 euros. The contract is temporary, initially valid until December, with an anticipated extension until May of the following year. Work is primarily based in Madrid, with a flexible schedule and intensive summer working hours. Adaptability and initiative in a dynamic environment are highly valued.
A university degree and demonstrable experience in database management and analysis are required. Advanced Excel proficiency is essential and will be assessed through specific technical tests. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail, along with a proactive mindset oriented toward continuous process improvement. Proficiency in English is considered a plus. Additionally, candidates must have access to a personal vehicle and be available for occasional travel to other provinces as part of the job responsibilities.
