Description
\- Management and control of personnel cost reconciliation, ensuring accurate allocation and reconciliation of labor costs.
* Preparation, review, and submission of social security filings, ensuring compliance with current regulations and established deadlines.
* Preparation, review, and submission of tax obligations arising from remuneration, including forms 111 and 190\.
* Administrative management of personnel: onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, and social security modifications.
* Payroll incident management (sick leave, permits, absences, supplements, etc.)
* Processing of benefits (sick leave, maternity/paternity leave, pregnancy-related risks, etc.)
* Support and assistance to employees, resolving labor-related questions.
* Document management and regulatory compliance.
* Collaboration in improving and digitizing HR department processes.
### **Requirements**
\- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR administration.
* Solid knowledge of labor legislation and social security (SILTRA, RED system, etc.)
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and office software.
University degree in Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
* Experience in the social sector and sensitivity toward inclusion and diversity will be valued.
