We are looking for a person to work in a bank branch in Bilbao. The main responsibility is to manage the experience of customers visiting the branch, organizing the service flow to reduce waiting times and ensuring that all customers receive efficient treatment. Priority will be given to vulnerable customers, offering them tailored service adapted to their needs from the very first moment. The use of digital tools—such as the mobile banking app and ATMs—will also be encouraged for transactions that do not require in-person advice. Another important part of the role is identifying commercial opportunities during customer interactions. Candidates must inform customers about available financial products and assist them in selecting the option best suited to their needs. To achieve this, thorough knowledge of the bank’s products, services, active campaigns, and overall operations is required. Inquiries and issues that cannot be resolved directly at the branch will also be addressed, avoiding unnecessary inconvenience and delays. Additionally, support will be provided to the coordinator in planning and resource organization tasks. At specific times, the candidate may serve at the commercial counter to maintain service quality. It will be essential to share any relevant information gathered from customers with the supervisor, aiming to improve the entity’s daily operations. All activities will be carried out in accordance with internal procedures and security regulations. The contract is permanent, part-time (27 hours per week), with working hours from Monday to Thursday: 10:30–14:00 and 16:00–18:30, and on Friday: 11:00–14:00\. The salary is competitive and includes a benefits package. The workplace is located in Bilbao. A university degree or vocational training qualification in fields such as Law, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines is required. Official MIFID\+ LCCI and INSURANCE certifications are mandatory. Knowledge of Basque is considered a positive asset. The ideal candidate should have a commercial vocation, prior experience in customer service, familiarity with banking products and sales techniques, and must be an excellent communicator, dynamic, versatile, and solution-oriented.
