At El Corte Inglés, our work is a shared passion.** **The project awaiting you.** As a Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for acting as the liaison between Business and Technology—understanding user needs and transforming them into initiatives, functional requirements, and technical specifications that can be developed and implemented. You will participate in projects of various types, including new developments, enhancements, integrations, migrations, and application modernization, overseeing initiatives throughout their entire lifecycle. Additionally, you will coordinate internal teams and external technology vendors involved in these projects, collaborating with Architecture, Development, QA, Security, and Product teams to ensure implemented solutions meet business needs and defined technological standards. **Key Responsibilities and Requirements.** **Responsibilities** * Gather, analyze, and document business needs and initiatives, translating them into clear, traceable functional and technical requirements. * Translate functional requirements into technical specifications, ensuring correct understanding by development teams. * Manage demand and coordinate developments and enhancements carried out by internal teams and technology vendors. * Participate in defining and validating solutions together with Architecture, Development, QA, Security, and Product teams. * Coordinate tasks, dependencies, and stakeholders, tracking planning, prioritization, deliveries, and resolution of potential blockers. * Coordinate and support user and QA testing and validation phases, ensuring developed solutions meet defined requirements and standards. * Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and impacts of initiatives on other systems, applications, and business processes. * Document requirements, functional decisions, and initiative evolution using tools such as Jira and Confluence. **Requirements** * Prior experience as an IT Functional Analyst, Technical-Functional Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or in similar roles. * Experience working with SAP, especially in Finance-related environments and/or SAP CAR. * Experience in SAP integrations with other corporate systems. * Ability to understand business processes and needs and translate them into technological requirements. * Experience coordinating developments, enhancements, or technology projects with internal teams and/or external vendors. * Ability to engage in technical discussions with Development and Architecture teams without requiring a programming background. * Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including Business units, end users, Development, Architecture, QA, Security, and vendors. * Proficiency with management and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence. * Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills to simultaneously track multiple initiatives. * Excellent communication skills and ability to serve as a bridge between functional and technical teams. **We offer a variety of social benefits contributing to your well-being.** * Exclusive discounts and financing options. * Life insurance. * Corporate University. * Continuous training for professional development. * Educational assistance for employees’ children. * In-house medical service. * Flexible compensation plan. **If this position interests you, we invite you to apply—your experience could be highly valuable to us.
