Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced first-class construction technician for on-site work, responsible for executing stonemasonry and finishing tasks, and capable of interpreting blueprints. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execution of stonemasonry and various finishing works 2. Ability to interpret blueprints and carry out layout work 3. Effective coordination with other trades and professionals We seek a professional with on-site experience for first-class construction technician positions. Main duties will include stonemasonry work covering exposed masonry, partition walls, plastering, tiling, and various finishing works. The ability to accurately interpret blueprints and perform precise layout work is essential. Additionally, the ability to effectively coordinate with other trades and professionals present on site will be highly valued. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with an annual gross salary of 30\.175,36 €.
