Key responsibilities include developing and preparing assigned menus, always adhering to guidelines set by management. Precise organization of food consumption forecasts is required to maximize available inventory, thereby ensuring optimal resource efficiency for each service. This position includes direct support in tasks delegated by the Head Chef. The employment contract offered is temporary, with an estimated duration of one hundred and fifty days. The position is full-time, organized on a shift basis, with a monthly salary of 1950 euros.
