This professional will be responsible for organizing teams, ensuring proper execution of tasks, and guaranteeing compliance with plans defined by the agronomy department. This is a key position for the smooth operation of the farm, with a strong practical component and direct involvement in daily operations. Main Responsibilities: * Control and maintenance of all irrigation shed components, including coordination with supplier companies, subject to prior authorization by the farm manager. * Supervision/organization of personnel and proper functioning of the facility; organization of maintenance, repair, and improvement work. * Regular reporting and interaction with the agronomy department to convey critical information and ensure efficient management. Required Profile: * Technical education (vocational or higher) in agriculture or related fields. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Proactivity and commitment to continuous improvement. * Practical, organized, and results-oriented profile. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Availability for fieldwork and flexible working hours.
