Your work will be key in helping **companies and employees feel confident and reassured each month** . **WHAT YOU WILL DO** **️** Manage the payroll processing for a company. Ensure employees receive accurate compensation for their work, including salaries, deductions, and benefits, while guaranteeing compliance with labor laws and tax regulations. * Prepare and review **monthly payrolls, extra payments, and severance settlements**. * Calculate and submit **social security filings (Sistema RED)**. * Collaborate with the labor team to improve processes and tools . **WHAT YOU NEED TO EXCEL** * **Education:** Degree in Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration, or similar. * **Experience:** 3 years in payroll management within a consultancy or labor department. * **Technical skills:** Knowledge of labor legislation, collective agreements, social security contributions, and Sistema RED. * **Software:** Proficient in payroll software (experience with SUASSOR is valued). * **Languages:** Fluent in Catalan and Spanish. * **Soft skills:** Organization, precision, responsibility, discretion, and collaborative spirit.
