HACCP control (mandatory and critical). Nutritional workshops. Requirements Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Nutrition and Dietetics or University Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. Proven experience in hospitality, collective catering, food service, or related fields. 2–3 years of experience in similar roles. Ability to lead a team, organize effectively, and resolve unexpected situations efficiently.
