Tasks include delivering and distributing construction materials, plumbing supplies, and HVAC equipment in the Palma de Mallorca area. The selected candidate will drive a small van, operating it safely and in compliance with traffic regulations. Daily responsibilities include loading and unloading goods, verifying that items match the orders and are in good condition prior to each delivery. Delivery routes are planned to optimize travel paths and adhere to scheduled timeframes, ensuring punctual service. Constant communication with the warehouse and office is required to report incidents, delays, or the status of cargo. Maintaining delivery records is also necessary, including obtaining signatures or proof of receipt as per established procedures. A proactive attitude and attention to detail are essential, with priority given to cargo safety and personal safety. The contract is temporary, initially lasting two to four weeks, extendable based on business needs. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00 to 15:00, with a gross hourly wage of 12.23 euros. The company provides the vehicle and all necessary tools for the job. A valid Class B driving license and at least one year of prior experience in similar delivery or professional driving roles are required. Basic knowledge of cargo handling and a responsible attitude to ensure road and cargo safety are mandatory. Familiarity with the geographical work area and the ability to use GPS navigation devices are considered advantageous. Candidates must possess strong communication and customer service skills, as well as availability for the specified working hours.
