Your role will be pivotal in investigating and managing technical claims related to transport and cargo, operating both nationally and internationally. **Your Daily Challenges** * **Investigation and Analysis:** Identifying causes of incidents and conducting technical damage assessments of insured assets. * **Case File Management:** Opening, monitoring, and maintaining up-to-date all assigned technical documentation. * **Field Inspections:** Coordinating and carrying out on-site inspections in Spain and abroad. * **Reporting:** Drafting high-quality technical reports in **Spanish and English**, in compliance with the firm’s protocols. * **Client Service:** Maintaining fluent and professional communication with clients and suppliers. **What Are We Looking For?** * **Education:** Higher Vocational Training (FP superior) or Bachelor’s degree. * **Languages:** **Advanced English** (spoken and written) is essential for report writing. **French** (intermediate level) is a plus. * **Mobility:** Valid Class B driver’s license and **full availability for travel**. * **Tools:** Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with particular emphasis on **Excel**. * **Profile:** We seek an organized individual with strong analytical skills, proactive attitude, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset. * **Experience:** Not required; we value your potential and eagerness to learn. **Why Join Saretec?** * **Stability:** Permanent full-time contract with immediate start. * **Compensation:** Annual gross salary of €20,000–€24,000 + **Performance-based variable pay**. * **Tools:** Provision of a **company vehicle** for your business travel. * **Work-Life Balance:** \* Intensive summer working schedule. * Possibility of **remote work** (1 day per week) after the first 6 months of adaptation. * **Development:** Career development plan within an international company offering continuous training and a constant learning environment.
