




*Work schedule description:* \- 40-hour employment contract \- Schedule: 8:30 to 20:30, alternating long weeks and short weeks *Location* \- Mimara Residencia Palacio de Leceñes \- Leceñes, Asturias *Job description:* Responsible for service, organization, distribution, and coordination of all kitchen staff, as well as the preparation and seasoning of meals according to menus and required dietary regimens, supervised by the medical department and nutritionist. The following duties and responsibilities will be carried out, along with any others requested by the facility: \- Prepare menus according to current regulations. \- Special monitoring of diets and allergens in each food product. \- Adjust quantities as prescribed by medical personnel. \- Be responsible for assembling meal carts with prepared menus. \- Receive food supplies, store them, and supervise quantity and quality. \- Submit orders to the general services coordinator or housekeeping manager, managing them when required. \- Daily monitoring of food expiration dates and proper storage in refrigerated chambers according to health authority regulations. \- Organize, supervise, and control cleaning, maintenance, and order of kitchen facilities, equipment, and utensils. \- Keep daily samples of cooked meals according to current regulations. *Required qualifications and competencies:* \- Required qualification or authorization and/or experience necessary to perform duties as regulated by current legislation. \- Organizational skills and ability to work in a team. \- Food handling license Job type: Full-time, Permanent contract License/Certification: * Food handler certificate (Mandatory) Job location: On-site
