**Civil and Mechanical Supervisor for Renewable Projects**
**What are we looking for?**
We are seeking a **Civil and Mechanical Supervisor for Renewable Projects** to oversee the execution of photovoltaic and wind projects, ensuring proper implementation of civil and mechanical works on site, as well as compliance with defined quality, safety, and planning standards for each project.
The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising field construction activities, ensuring that works are carried out in accordance with technical specifications, established procedures, and client requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Supervise civil and mechanical works in photovoltaic and wind projects.
* Supervise the storage, assembly, and installation of structures, trackers, photovoltaic modules, wind turbines, and auxiliary equipment.
* Verify proper execution of foundations, access roads, platforms, and other civil works associated with the project.
* Supervise the assembly of metallic structures and mechanical equipment in accordance with drawings and technical specifications.
* Conduct daily field work monitoring, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.
* Supervise compliance with quality plans and construction procedures.
* Control technical documentation and site records.
* Prepare progress reports, incident reports, and periodic reports.
* Draft minutes of follow-up meetings.
* Coordinate contractors and subcontractors during works execution.
* Collaborate with electrical teams to ensure proper integration of various project scopes.
* Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations on site.
**Requirements**
* Vocational training, Technical Engineering degree, or related qualification.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in renewable energy projects.
* Prior experience in constructing photovoltaic plants, wind farms, or similar projects.
* Knowledge of civil works supervision and mechanical assembly.
* Experience in electrical infrastructure associated with renewable projects (substations, transformer stations, or power lines) is desirable.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Willingness to travel to national projects.
* Customer orientation and focus on service quality.
* Proactivity, autonomy, and ability to work in dynamic environments.
* Ability to manage multiple contractors and disciplines simultaneously.
