As part of the Prepared Meals team, your mission will be to provide excellent customer service by performing duties related to customer assistance, product handling, and sales of items available in this service. Some specific responsibilities include: * Greet and process customer payments using an active welcome model, advising and recommending available products. * Monitor merchandise, its storage conditions, expiration dates, and temperature to ensure quality. * Properly manage stock levels and assist with inventory counts and ordering. * Ensure accurate product information (price, storage method, ingredients, allergens, etc.) is available for sale. * Handle products according to Alcampo's defined standards and current hygiene and sanitation regulations. * Clean and organize the bistro area, equipment, and facilities.
