We seek to hire a **Technical Engineer** for **mobile telephony** projects, with regional management focus, experience in construction works, and technical capability for end-to-end project development. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Site layout and planning for mobile telephony installations. * Conducting technical site visits for data collection and joint decision-making with the client. * Construction supervision. * Preparation of drawings in **AutoCAD**. * Structural calculations for metallic structures (towers and masts). * Installation calculations. * Development of construction and legalization projects. * Technical Direction. * Performance of duties as **Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator (OH&SC)**. **Required Qualifications** * Technical Engineering degree or equivalent qualification. * **Mandatory professional registration**, or eligibility for registration. * OH&SC training course. **Professional Experience** * Solid technical knowledge in **telecommunications infrastructure engineering**. * Experience in similar projects for **major mobile network operators**. **Additional Training / Tools** * **AutoCAD** (mandatory). * **CYPE / Tower**. * OH&SC training. * Desirable: training in **work at height**. **Skills** * Initiative and problem-solving ability. * Flexibility and adaptability to change. * Dynamism and proactivity. * Teamwork and performance under pressure. **Additional Requirements** * Willingness and availability to travel. * **Driver’s license** (mandatory). * Professional registration or eligibility for registration, required for project certification, Technical Direction, and OH&SC. **We Offer** * Opportunity to join a company undergoing active growth and international expansion. * Permanent contract from the start. * Training plan aligned with the job position. * Flexible working hours. * Per diems and mileage reimbursement for business travel.
