Position Summary: BIM Coordinator for engineering projects in Madrid, responsible for the development, management, and coordination of multidisciplinary BIM models. Key Highlights: 1. For new engineering projects, we require a **BIM Project and Construction Coordinator in Madrid.** **Responsibilities:** * Development, management, and updating of BIM models in **Revit (version 2025\)** throughout the entire project lifecycle * Continuous support during the execution phase, ensuring correct model evolution up to final *as\-built* delivery. * Generation and maintenance of models from topographic surveys and 3D modeling, compliant with criteria defined in the **EIR\-BEP**. * Multidisciplinary BIM coordination (architecture, structure, and MEP), ensuring correct element integration by room, floor, and building. * Periodic (weekly) delivery of models in **IFC, Navisworks, and native** formats. * Development and tracking of advanced BIM dimensions: **4D (time), 5D (costs), 6D (sustainability), and 7D (operation and maintenance)**. * Implementation of model development standards according to LOD levels, in compliance with **AIA (E202\-2009 / G202\-2013\)** standards and **Uniformat II (ASTM E1557\-09\)** classification. * Integration into the BIM model of operation and maintenance parameters (7D), including protocols, frequencies, and linkage with databases for asset lifecycle management. * Preparation of biweekly clash detection reports and incident tracking. * Ensuring final delivery of a fully coordinated BIM model, free of clashes, and meeting the agreed level of development. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture** or **Technical Architecture / Building Engineering**, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field (particularly if focused on MEP/structural disciplines) * Master’s or postgraduate degree in **BIM Management** or **BIM Coordination** * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit * Advanced BIM experience **Location:** MADRID **Offer:** * Immediate hiring. * Permanent contract. * Salary commensurate with experience. * Large-scale project. * Project for a UTE (joint venture) comprising leading companies in the sector
