Job Summary: We are seeking a student intern for a BI Analyst role to support strategic decision-making in Marketing and Customer teams through dashboard creation and data analysis. At Planeta DeAgostini, we are looking to onboard a student for **BI Analyst Internship**. This position will play a key role in creating dashboards and conducting analyses that support strategic decisions made by our Marketing and Customer teams. What will your day-to-day look like? * Design and maintain interactive dashboards to monitor customer behavior, active subscriptions, churn, and other key metrics. * Analyze large volumes of data to identify patterns, customer segments, and growth opportunities within the customer base. * Support strategic decision-making in Marketing and Operations through actionable insights. * Automate analytical processes using Python or R to improve data management efficiency. * Participate in exploratory, descriptive, and predictive analyses related to the customer lifecycle. * Collaborate on A/B experiment evaluations to optimize customer acquisition and retention initiatives. * Generate periodic reports on KPIs relevant to the leadership of the Customer and Subscriptions departments. What would we like to see in your CV? * Studies in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of SQL and relational databases. * Ability to build dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, Qlik, etc. * Basic understanding of data modeling and ETL (extraction, transformation, loading) processes. * Basic experience with M and DAX languages, including measure creation. * Basic knowledge of Python (pandas, NumPy, etc.). * Good command of English (minimum B2 level). * Desirable but not mandatory: proficiency in Excel and MongoDB.
