Therefore, we are looking for an **Asset Manager** with experience in negotiating “**secured**” debt who wishes to grow alongside our **Special Servicing** team in **Madrid**. ***What will you do on a day-to-day basis?*** * You will **analyze and manage your own portfolio** as efficiently as possible. * You will design your own negotiation strategies, aiming to maximize debt recovery and using the necessary **negotiation levers**. * You will draft agreements and present resolution proposals. * You will work collaboratively with other departments, which will support you in every way possible to achieve optimal case resolution. * You will conduct site visits to assets to assess their condition, obtain contacts for hard-to-locate parties, and seek amicable and mutually beneficial agreements. * You will strive to meet the established portfolio targets. ***What knowledge and skills do you need to succeed in this role?*** * Ideally, you should have a **minimum of 2\-3 years’ experience** in a similar position, primarily handling **secured debt**. * It is essential that you understand various **negotiation levers** and the context in which they are applied. * Knowledge of the current mortgage and real estate markets would be a plus. * Financial, accounting, and tax knowledge, as well as strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite—especially Excel—will be viewed positively. * Familiarity with judicial procedures, particularly mortgage enforcement proceedings, will be highly valued. **Nice to have** * Strong sense of responsibility. * Good communication and listening skills. * High-level negotiation skills with debtors, insolvency administrators, and lawyers. ***What can we offer you?*** * The opportunity to join a dynamic and continuously growing company. * An excellent working environment that supports your professional development. * A competitive and flexible remuneration package. * Flexible working hours for arrival and departure. * Access to numerous training programs to support your professional growth. * A comprehensive social benefits package: private health insurance, life insurance, flexible compensation, etc. **Join our team!** *At Finsolutia, we evaluate all candidates fairly and equitably, ensuring equal opportunities among applicants based solely on the skills, experience, and competencies required for the position.
