Reporting to the Application Designer Team Leader \- EMEA/APAC, the **Application Designer EMEA** is responsible for supporting the Territory Sales teams of EMEA in planning and implementing processes that aggressively drive revenue growth, while contributing to overall arena market and product strategies. This is a **remote position**, ideally **based in France, UK, Spain, Italy or Dubai** with up to **25% of travel required.** **In this role, the key responsibilities are:** * Act as the main contact for RSMs during the Order Acquisition process, supporting UV system sizing, proposals, and bid pricing. * Collaborate with the PM team on bid specifications, drawings, and costing. * Serve as liaison between RSMs and internal teams to resolve technical and administrative issues promptly. * Attend customer meetings, deliver technical presentations, and train EPCs, contractors, channel partners, and new team members. * Maintain accurate records of quotes, bids, and deliveries for EMEA and address barriers to sales growth. * Drive continuous improvement of sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and market penetration. **The requirements of the job include:** * Education: Post\-secondary degree in Chemical Engineering, Science, or a related field. Knowledge of water treatment processes and/or UV technology is highly desirable. * Experience: Proven track record in sales planning and execution, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets. Prior experience in technical sales within water treatment or UV systems is a strong advantage. * Technical Skills: Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans and provide technical support to customers. * Travel: Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the EMEA region throughout the fiscal year (25% of the time) * Language Skills: High proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
