Currently, we are seeking a **Lawyer with experience in Civil and Inheritance Law** to join our team in Gijon. The ideal candidate will be a professional with expertise in the field of **estates and successions** **Essential Requirements:** * **Bachelor's Degree in Law** * **Minimum of 2 years' experience** in **succession law** and/or **civil law** related to inheritances, wills, asset divisions, and resolution of inheritance disputes. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Comprehensive advisory in succession law**: Provide legal advice to clients on all matters related to inheritances, wills, asset division, inheritance taxes, and family conflicts arising from successions. * **Notarial and registration procedures**: Manage notarial and registration procedures related to acceptance of inheritances, division of assets, and registration of inherited property in the relevant registries.
