Job Summary: We are seeking a SP3D 3D Modeling Coordinator to lead a team of designers on international industrial projects and serve as the primary point of contact with the client. We take pride in collaborating with leading companies to address climate change. **Join our team to be part of this change!** We are currently looking for a **SP3D 3D Modeling Coordinator (SmartPlant 3D)** to lead and coordinate a team of designers on international industrial projects, acting as the direct client liaison. **Location:** **Bilbao or Madrid, Spain (candidate's choice)** **Work Model:** Hybrid **Responsibilities:** Technical and organizational coordination of an SP3D modeling team. Management of multidisciplinary design teams (minimum 10 people). Supervision of modeling quality and compliance with project standards. Direct client interface for technical follow-up, reporting, and incident resolution. Coordination of interdisciplinary interfaces (piping, structures, equipment, etc.). Support in planning and resource allocation for the modeling team. **Requirements:** Minimum 10 years of experience coordinating SP3D teams in industrial projects. Proven experience coordinating design teams of more than 10 people. Minimum English proficiency level B2\. Availability for occasional travel to France for in-person meetings on a monthly basis. Strong communication skills and ability to manage technical client interactions. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in projects involving solid handling systems. Prior experience in SP3D administration tasks: Catalog management, project configuration, database control.
